1. Laptop awake · `start_last_click.sh` or bridge on `:8765`
2. Phone Tailscale Connected · open `http://100.73.138.83:8765/EXEC_DESK_MOCK.html` (hard refresh)
3. Type a line → status **saved · waiting on local Eve**
4. On laptop: Eve replies with `desk_reply.py '…'` or in TUI after reading submit
5. Bubble shows reply without Kitty “what do you got” (Kitty still backup)
