1) INVENTORY ROUTINES
List EVERY Routine on this account (all Bots, not just you). For each: name, owning Bot, schedule, last run, on/off.
We already saw: “Texano Shop Drive check” every 15 minutes (about midnight–8:45am and 3pm–11:45pm). That alone can be ~70 runs/day.

2) ADJUST
Pause or stretch Drive check to ONCE daily (or only when Michael/Eve clicks). No 15-minute loops.
Pause any other Routine that is not a named, stamped job.
Do not delete until he says. Pause first. Report what you paused.

3) WHY THE BAR MOVED
Short: unattended Routines + many Bots in one group all talking. Named desks stay. Simultaneous cloud fires drop.

4) PACK
One list back to Michael: routines found, what you paused, what you left on and why. Then stop.

Use a cheap/fast pass for this inventory (listing schedules is not 4.6-medium work). Save heavier models for legal, culture, or a real research pack.
