**Status:** Needs Michael Keep to start full rewrite · live www still Hold for big ship  
**Why:** Entry content on live home is older than challenge / Apply / scaffold / tiers work.

## Goals (draft — stamp to lock)
1. Homepage = Eve (Keep) — keep the feel he already loves  
2. Gold CTA → **Take the TexanoAI challenge** (not Test us)  
3. Clear path: Challenge → Build tiers → Apply / Enterprise  
4. Soft link to scaffold vs substitute (org truth) without a science wall  
5. Kill stale “Test us” / thin prompt language on home if still present  
6. Decide fate of legacy pages already live/indexed: `mmx-ethics`, `age-of-retrieval`, `dictionary`, `why-train`, `memory-core` — keep / redirect / noindex after home is solid  
7. **Do not** Request indexing until this pass lands

- Plausible live · Search Console verified · sitemap exists with older URLs  
- Mocks in LOOK_AT_THESE ahead of live home
