## What to pull

1. **Live page map.** Open every URL in both sitemaps. For each: title, H1, meta description (first 200 characters), canonical, last visible update if shown, word count of visible copy, whether the body is real shop copy or a Divi/AutoX demo (lorem, "1235 Divi Rd. San Francisco", "+880 111 222 3333", "$400/hr"). Note which pages are in the header/footer and which are orphaned but indexed.

2. **NAP and hours.** Record name, address, phone, fax, email, and hours from the contact page, the footer, any schema LocalBusiness block, Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram. Flag every mismatch. Instagram has posted a Friday 3 p.m. close (effective November 3, year not confirmed here). The jobs page still says Monday–Friday 7:30–5:00. Birdeye listed Friday to 3:00. Confirm what is live today.

3. **Offer.** Build one service list from the real pages only (not the demo pages). Include what they say they do not do: engine rebuilds, internal generator work, rear-end replacement, and customer-supplied parts. Capture published prices exactly (wash/detail menu, rubber roof $300/linear ft). Capture authorizations they claim (Tiffin, Entegra, Sealtech only-in-San-Antonio, BASF R-M, Vortex). Capture the campground rules, storage fee ($50/day after day 5), warranty payment rules (Monaco, extended warranties), and the jobs page requirements. Do not invent prices that are not printed.

4. **Duplicate and broken copy.** Compare these pairs and say which one looks canonical:
   - /rv-service/ vs /rv-services/ vs homepage service list
   - /planning-your-visit/ vs /plan-your-visit/
   - /testimonials/ vs /529-2/
   - /rv-propane/ vs /519-2/
   - /rv-upgrades/ vs /533-2/
   - each /rv-service/* page vs the short blog post of the same topic (/repairs/, /propane/, /roofing/, /paint-and-body/, /towing-packages/, /wash-detail-and-polish/)
Paint booth size conflict: homepage and some blurbs say 50-foot; the paint page says Givens booth 60′ × 20′ × 20′ and contains the typo "abd". About page says 50-foot and "sales staff" / "after the sale" even though this site presents a service shop, not a dealer.

5. **SEO and trust defects.** Homepage meta description and Open Graph description are raw Divi shortcode, not a sentence. Check whether that leak is sitewide. Note the "See All Services" button whose URL is `#`. Note schema `sameAs` Instagram missing the domain. Note indexed demo pages. Note the public REST user `admin`. Do not attempt to use any write, backup, htaccess, or plugin-install route. Only record that those route names are advertised on `/wp-json/`.

6. **Forms and conversion.** Contact form and jobs form (Gravity Forms: resume pdf/doc, 32 MB). Say where a visitor is asked to call, where a form exists, and whether online booking is a real link or demo text ("book an appointment" on the AutoX leftovers).

7. **Off-site public footprint.** Google rating and review count, Birdeye, Facebook, Instagram. Summarize review themes in the owner's words only when you quote a public review. List three to five San Antonio RV service competitors that appear beside them in ordinary search, with URLs. Do not pull private people, home addresses, or family.

8. **Assets.** Logo URL from schema. Note whether the homepage slider/video module is empty in the stored content. Do not download the media library.

## Output

Write a single markdown brief:

- One-paragraph what this business is, from the site's own words
- NAP table with conflicts
- Page inventory table: URL, role (live / duplicate / demo leftover), last modified if the API gives it
- Service and price sheet (quoted)
- Defect list ordered by what a customer hits first
- Open questions only the shop can answer
- Sources with URLs

Stop when the sitemaps, the contact page, the Google listing, and the two social profiles are actually opened. If a page fails, say so. Do not fill gaps with industry boilerplate.
