This is a capability list so he can decide the next shop move. It is not a new org chart. Do not hire, rename, retire, rewrite a JOB.md, or change a voice setting.

WAVE 2 — after those files are in the folder
Kit checks that each avatar_live file opens as an image. He files KIT_avatars.md: copied, already had a Drive headshot, or missing. He does not make new art.

Sarah files SARAH_cites.md only if a desk wrote a number. A number with no source is NOT ON FILE.

Enola reads the new sheets for family, custody, case, Vault, mailbox contents, or a login secret. She files ENOLA_FLAGS.md. If a sheet contains a password, a token, or a mailbox body, she names the file and stops. She does not quote the secret.

Madison adds one card to the existing board, full sentence: “Capability list for 2026-09-24 is filed. Needs Michael’s read before any change to jobs or tools.” She does not clear other cards.

WAVE 3 — you fold
Read every desk file, or name the one you could not open.

Write:

One section per live bot, org-chart order, Eve first. Voice screen, speed, settings id, avatar Drive path, tools, routines, skills, last file, what they cannot do.

Then a short close:

- Whose live avatar is now on Drive
- Who has Gmail, a browser login, or a routine
- Who has none of those
- What you did not do

Labels: CONFIRMED, assumption, or projection. Gaps stay NOT COMPLETE.

Also write READY_FOR_EVE.md: what was done, who owns next (Michael), what needs his yes, what was not done.

Tell him in the shop group that the capability file is filed and give the path. Do not paste the whole list into chat. Do not propose new jobs in that note. Trunk Eve owns the fit question.
