Kit.md is the old census sheet. It does not count.

Still missing: Amara, Madison, Sarah, April, Ren, Cora, Sol, Scout.

Seat those eight now. Same brief as the capability job. Each one files desks/<Name>.md and copies avatar_live if they can read it. Then they stop.

Kit refiles desks/Kit.md in the capability shape: voice screen, speed, settings id, tools, routines, skills, last file. He replaces his census sheet.

Then start Wave 2 on whoever has a real capability sheet. Do not block on a name that still has not filed. Name that name NOT FILED.

Kit files KIT_avatars.md.
Sarah files SARAH_cites.md only if a sheet contains a number.
Enola files ENOLA_FLAGS.md.
Madison files one board card: “Capability list for 2026-09-24 is partial. Needs Michael’s read.”

Then you write 00_CAPABILITY.md and READY_FOR_EVE.md. Partial is an acceptable finish. Gaps stay named.
