## Payment (Square)

**CONFIRMED:** Sole prop. DBA TexanoAI / Texano AI filed 2026-08-28. Square account exists. Bank today = RBFCU **personal**. No EIN yet. No separate business checking yet. Square token is **not** on this box (`SQUARE_CONNECT.md`). Steven’s Square ≠ TexanoAI Square.

**Proposal (not locked):** Keep **Square**. Do not add Stripe this month. Public “pay to start” = Square **Payment Link** / Checkout first (no card data on texanoai.com). API later, same seller account, token stays on this machine only.

**EIN / bank — not legal advice, CPA for tax:**
- Sole prop **can** take Square on SSN + personal account. **assumption / CPA.**
- EIN is still worth filing (IRS EIN is free, often same day) so Square, invoices, and later a business account don’t keep using SSN. **projection until he files.**
- Business checking is cleaner; not a blocker for the first payment link.

## Intake (replace the long form)

Live `intake.html` is a competitor-copyable list + FormSubmit. Kill that as the **public** door.

**Wanted:** one question at a time. Fun + professional. Character stills in the mix (Eve, Mark/brother, board: Madison / April / Sarah — desk faces, not homepage lock).
