Step 1 — open the desk

Step 2 — install as an app

  1. Chrome/Samsung Internet: menu (⋮) → Add to Home screen / Install app
  2. Open the new icon — full-screen desk, no browser chrome

How sync works

One desk on the laptop bridge (:8765). Chat: you send → file on the Envy → local Eve writes a reply → bubble updates (poll). Laptop must be awake; Tailscale Connected on the phone. Not grok.com on the other end of that bubble.
