Hard-refresh (close tab → reopen): http://100.73.138.83:8765/EXEC_DESK_MOCK.html — you should see Can you hear me / Testing / stamps / and me.  2) Watch is ON — new messages get an instant ack in the bubble so it never looks dead. When this TUI session is open I can write the real answer after.  Mic: phone Chrome blocks mic on plain http://. Type for now.
