- **Esther:** `Avatars/Characters/Esther/PROFESSIONAL_2026-09-06/portraits/` — dark eyes, braided updo, not Eve green. Copies in `team/02_core/Esther/`.
- **Riley:** `Avatars/Characters/Riley/PRIMARY_LOCK_Riley/PROFESSIONAL_2026-09-06/portraits/` — tech unicorn; rainbow hair is her exception. Copies in `team/02_core/Riley/`.
- **Madison (Challenge + Build):** `madison-cover.jpg` — rainbow, looks toward copy. Not Esther. Not April.

Desk rail copies (keep these paths):
- `team/Esther.jpg` ← `01_white_cyc_blazer_blue_bow.jpg`
- `team/Riley.jpg` ← `02_smile_soft.jpg`

Any Imagine/edit for site must seed these folders. Quarantine wrong gens in `_quarantine_desk_*`. Clipboard Esther is quarantine — not a lock still.
