Eve + Michael · Website hop · Deploy HOLD · Live host GitHub Pages

How to use tonight

Open Executive Desk → Needs your yes (ordered 1–10). Stamp Keep / Hold / Decline. Chat on the desk still works when the bridge is up (start_last_click.sh) — say what you stamped or type feedback; Eve can reply into the bubble.

1) Live production

URL	www.texanoai.com
Repo	`EveRWright/texanoai-website` · `main` · HEAD `d67c8a1`
Pushed	2026-09-10 · mast = `hero.jpg` only · mobile framing fix
Stale twin	`EveRWright.github.io` index differs — not the live source
Netlify	Preview only — not front door

2) Live vs missing

200 live: home · intake · companion · mmx-ethics · memory-core · why-train · audit-principles · scaffold-vs-substitute · castle · stimuli · dictionary · age-of-retrieval · thanks · blog · whitepapers

404 (Shop/Hub mocks only): test-us · get-started · personal-build · practice-build · executive-build · start

Gold CTA on live home is still Get started → intake. Sep 7 stamp said Test us.

3) Three surfaces

Live GitHub	What strangers see
Hub Website	`Branches/TexanoAI_Website/` · polish track · fridge + this snapshot
Eve Drive Shop	`~/Eve_Drive/Texano_Shop/` · newest mocks / Site_Pages_IN / Closeout

4) Ada ship list (propose · heroes FREEZE)

memory-core.html — replace body / Order chrome
index.html — stats contrast only · do not touch hero art/copy
site.css — stakes parchment / readability
audit-principles.html — rebrand from mock
personal-build / practice-build / executive-build — NEW from mocks

5) Stamps on your desk (digest order)

Snapshot = baseline
CTA: Test us vs Get started
Ship order: test-us + get-started first
Formatting tighten pass
Contrast / muted readability
Integrate Shop mocks locally (no push)
Ada Closeout as www touch list
Seven-stage on Executive — keep or cut
Home teaser for three builds
Quiet 18+ fence

Prior open card still in queue: Scaffold Esther mast. Full md: Hub SNAPSHOT_2026-09-12.md
